Wheat Substitute?
I thought I had a gluten allergy for a few years, but it turns out I’m only allergic to wheat. I’m looking for suggestions on what I can use to replace wheat in a wheat-based style (Witbeir, Hef’s, Whites) Any suggestions? Triticale contains gluten, but the protein (gluten) content is different enough not to cause any side effects.
