Gluten Intolerance and Grain Fed Meat

Are people with Celiac disease (a gluten intolerance) at risk when they consume grain-fed meat?
Meat will not contain gluten, regardless of what the animal has been fed; the only way gluten could be present in the meat is if it has been processed with fillers or if breading or other preparation adds a gluten-containing product; however, meat is always gluten-free on its own.
What is Celiac disease?
Celiac disease is a genetic disorder that affects at least 1 in 133 Americans and causes diarrhea, weight loss, and malnutrition. It is most commonly found in people of European descent, but recent studies have revealed that it also affects Hispanic, Black, and Asian people.
Can you attract pigs with wheat?
Hold out some of their favorite foods (wheat for sheep and cows, carrots for pigs, seeds for chickens) and they will look at you and follow you if they notice the food.

How do you secure a pig?
To keep the pig more secure, I like to use thick wire to hold the spin in place against the beam. Begin by making a pair of incisions on either side of the pig’s spine, right in the middle of the back, with a sharp knife. Insert a U-shaped piece of 14 to 16-gauge wire around the beam and through the holes.
